Nanu Coconut has a 14-day return policy.  Customers have 14 days after receiving the item(s) to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return with refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Swimsuits, bralettes, undergarments, bodysuits, and holiday items are non-returnable. Any items on sale are not eligible for returns. 

To start a return, you can contact us at designer@nanucoconut.com.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We want to make sure you are super happy with your purchase, so we suggest returning an item that does not fit the way you envisioned, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive your full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
